Olha ali embaixo. “Brat” ganhou por “milésimos de segundo” do disco do Fontaines D.C., o adorável “Romance”. Mas Charli XCX mereceu: tudo num disco só foi pop até a medula (fez o pop se moldar a ela, nao o contrário), underground por todos os poros, indie-dance, electro-funk, ditou a moda, protagonizou o verão, tingiu o mundo de verde-abacate, reuniu a melhor galera a sua volta, fez três versões do mesmo disco, nos deu a maravilhosa “Girl, So Confusing” (com a Lorde), cooptou a Billie Eilish para um vídeo absurdo, praticamente inventou o The Dare, fez festinha debaixo de um viaduto na Barra Funda. 2024 é dela, né? (e, parece, 2025 também).
